REFUND POLICY

We do not accept any exchange nor refund unless it is a defect found on our products. 
If so, you will have 14 calendar days starting from the date you received your order to contact us at livearthmade@gmail.com and join a picture of the defect product.
You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 


The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
*Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to

ALLERGIC REACTIONS 

Please note that our products are 100% natural & organic.
In case you have any allergy, make sure to look closely to the ingredients before you place your order.
We also encourage you to always test the product in small quantities before use.
Unfortunately, we cannot refund or exchange a product in the case of an allergic reaction.

Note that our supported shipping zones are Canada & U.S.

Please note that shipping times are calculated once the order has been fulfilled & not once the order has been placed.

Earthmade is not responsible for the lost of a parcel, delivery errors or damaged parcels by Canada Post.
